I'm sure with rain expected for the next couple of days, the "sakura" will be gone until next year. These were taken in parks near our home. The last one was shot at night.

The first of many...midafternoon, with a polarizer...40D & Tokina 12-24 F4, except for the last on, which was taken with the 40D & EF 400 F5.6L...

Grey Heron

Went for a walk along the river and while checking out the little irrigation stream that runs parallel to the river, I came upon this intense bird.

I only took about 60 shots only a few posted for now...
